What would be there best way to read a file in binary, and dump the translation out to a .txt file?

(Just like a hex editor, but without editing anything, just dumping the 'english' translation)

It's all in the help file:

FileOpen() with a binary mode - look it up in the help file

Hex() to make the string representation - look it up in the help file

FileWrite() or FileWriteLine() to save the strings - look it up in the help file
