Editing default script

Recommended Posts

I would like to edit the default script used when you create a new AutoIt file. I am using Scite, and when I create a new script it displays the Version, Author, Script Function...but I'd like to edit it so that it has me as the author, plus includes a bunch of settings and includes. I've scoured the dir's and Scite and the Help files and haven't been able to find anything. I DON'T want to create a new file that I have to open and Save As..., I'd like to edit the default "template" if possible. Thanks!

Do you create the au3-File in Explorer with RightClick-> New -> AutoIt3 Script ?

Then you can easily edit it with http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.ph...c=76624&hl=
