Keystrokes on a virtual windows install

Recommended Posts

I'm running a script to do a rather basic data transfer operation on a virtual machine running win xp. The problem is that it only sends keystrokes when I remote desktop into it but not when I close the RD window. I don't log off the RD so windows should be running normally in the VM but it looses the keyboard. Does anyone know a work around?

PM me and I have a way to do it. I rather not explain here, for the kids and idiots that lurk around here would use it in a bad way, and I rather not be responsible for causing harm.

Hi Volly

I have a similar problem where I am running the script on virtual machine and the script accepts key strokes. But if I log off my local machine the script that accepts key storkes fails. Can you please let me know how I can overcome this issue. Thanking you in advance for your help.

Regards

Manoj
