Guild Wars WayPoint Bot?!

Hello how I can do a Guild Wars WayPoint Bot... like this thread.. WOW WayPoint

But this is for World Of Warcraft but i will have it for Guild Wars... Anyone have a idea?

Position X --> 00A135F8 float
