SaphuA
I thought I could have a little fun this morning trying to write a simple fishing bot for Fate: Undiscovered realms... guess again! When I use PixelGetColor I always get a black pixel returned. I also tried to use _ScreenCapture_CaptureWnd, but that aswell returns a full black image. What could be causing this? And how to fix it?Ps. I am using a dual monitor setup, does that have something to do with it?Edit: This does the same aswell: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63318Edit: I also noticed Windows Vista is not able to create a preview when I hover over the item Edited August 5, 2008 by SaphuA http://www.saphua.com/

weaponx
Some games are protected from these types of functions, and its not always intentional. It's just the way the screen is drawn.
SaphuA
But is there no way I could get it from the memory or something? I mean, eventualy the pixel data gets drawn to screen it has to be somewhere. http://www.saphua.com/
SaphuA
One other thing I'm wondering about though; how come that windows print screen does work? Is there no way to read the data the way windows does? Or... what would be the fastest way to save/paste the windows screenshot and read data from that? http://www.saphua.com/
