Question about inserting a variable

Recommended Posts

I have a line that transfers files through FTP

Run('"C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WS_FTP Professional\wsftppro.exe" -s "01724:/home/sicom/public_html/mgrngdata/var/sicom/PREVDAYS/SUN/*.pdf" -d "local:c:\Sicom Files\Data Files\SUN\01724\"')

How would I make 0174 variable? With all the quotes, the variable just becomes absorbed by the rest of the string.

I think this should do it

$value = "01724"
Run('"C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WS_FTP Professional\wsftppro.exe" -s "' & $value & ':/home/sicom/public_html/mgrngdata/var/sicom/PREVDAYS/SUN/*.pdf" -d "local:c:\Sicom Files\Data Files\SUN\' & $value & '\"')

Edit:Too slow!

Serial port communications UDF Includes functions for binary transmission and reception.printing UDF Useful for graphs, forms, labels, reports etc.Add User Call Tips to SciTE for functions in UDFs not included with AutoIt and for your own scripts.Functions with parameters in OnEvent mode and for Hot Keys One function replaces GuiSetOnEvent, GuiCtrlSetOnEvent and HotKeySet.UDF IsConnected2 for notification of status of connected state of many urls or IPs, without slowing the script.
