getting a var from shortcut target?

i was jsut wonderign if there is a way for autoit to get a variable from soemthign added to the end of the Target in a shortcut to the script...

like say, the shortcut 's target is

"C:\whatever.au3" Swap1

or

"C:\whatever.au3" -swap "1"

and be able to get that info and use it within the script...

You could write a script to

open up My Computer

select the drive

select the folders as needed to get to where the shortcut is,

click on the shortcut,

right click and choose properties,

click in the target box,

send ^c to copy to the clipboard,

paste the clipboard to a string {ClipGet()}

strip the end or the part of the string after the second set of inverted commas and you've got it.
