But How Get Control Tip ?

You can, if you create a ToolTip window. For example see this UDF

You can find a list of all tooltips using

$wl = WinList("[class:tooltips_class32]")

If you know the position of the button you are interested in then maybe you can decide which tool tip is for the button.

Then you might be able to read the text with WInGetText.
