IE cache

Hello There.

How can i check the IE Cache files ? i mean to say when we open any website IE download the cache files in IE Temp files, so how can i monitor that what file is downloading rite now ?

Maybe _FileListToArray before and after downloading and then compare the arrays.

I tried this thing but how can i mange 1 or more folders?

the Cache Files download randomly in diffrent folders? :P
