detecting usb controller

well is there anyway to assign the controller itself to keyboard buttons, so i can still use my controler and use keyboard commands in autoit?

ok i figured out a method to work but theres a problem, its going to slow yet theres no sleep between the commands, is there any way to speed this up? i know when you have it type it can time extremly quick yet in the game thers like a half second delay between the down, foward and punch
