Increasing a number within a URL

Lets say I have a large list of URLs to visit. Each one is separate from the next only by a digit. Example:

_IENavigate ($oIE, "https://www.google.com/search.php?find=[color="#FF0000"][b]01[/b][/color]")

Then have it wait for 30 seconds then go to

_IENavigate ($oIE, "https://www.google.com/search.php?find=[color="#FF0000"][b]02[/b][/color]")

How would I do this without having a thousand different Navigates?

Sorry one other question, is there a way to click a image that would normally open in a new tab, but have the tab be closed immediately, or not opened in the first place?
