mistersquirrle
From the AutoIt help file: Example of how to pause a script Global $Paused HotKeySet("{PAUSE}", "TogglePause") Func TogglePause() $Paused = NOT $Paused While $Paused sleep(100) ToolTip('Script is "Paused"',0,0) WEnd ToolTip("") EndFunc Look through the help file for more information and for more key stroke information. FaT3oYCG
i think he specifically wanted to open the taskmanager by sending the key combination not setting it as a hotkey, althou you say ctrl + alt + del wont work, on my windows ctrl + shift + esc opens the taskmanager aswell. Interpreters have great power!Although they live in the shadow of compiled programming languages an interpreter can do anything that a compiled language can do, you just have to code it right. mistersquirrle
i actually wanna do a ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+F5 I just tried making a script to send that command, but task manager doesn't start. normally it does but I don't think you can launch task manager using send you could do Send("#r") WinWaitActive("Run") Send("taskmgr.exe{Enter}") We ought not to misbehave, but we should look as though we could. FaT3oYCG
well maybe you should test before you say as that does not work i tried it before and just now aswell. trancexx
Windows XP Proffesional SP3 That is because you have very strange PID. No, I'm kidding. Unless you get message out of taskmgr.exe saying that your administrator disbled it for you, your system is not acting as it should. You might check AV logs or whatever. ♡♡♡ . eMyvnE
