rafree
hi, I'm trying to write a script which opens a picture file in raw (NEF) format in photoshop, and save it automaticlly into JPEG. The problem is, is since I open a "raw open dialog" every image has a different window name (it changes according to the name of the file, or the camera model) and i do not know how to capture it. actually, I only need autoit to recognize that this window had opened and press on the ok button, the rest i can do easily with C# (which i already have, and opens the dialog for me, and knows how to save the image after the ok button was pressed). can anyone help me please? I've been sitting on this problem for a real long time now, and can't seem to get the principle of how to write this short script. Ray
KaFu
Why use AutoIt for this task? Window => check Actions => create new set => create new Action => record the process File => Automate => Batch => select recorded Action OS: Win10-22H2 - 64bit - German, AutoIt Version: 3.3.16.1, AutoIt Editor: SciTE, Website: https://funk.eu AMT - Auto-Movie-Thumbnailer (2022-Nov-26) BIC - Batch-Image-Cropper (2023-Apr-01) COP - Color Picker (2009-May-21) DCS - Dynamic Cursor Selector (2024-Feb-16) HMW - Hide my Windows (2018-Sep-16) HRC - HotKey Resolution Changer (2012-May-16) ICU - Icon Configuration Utility (2018-Sep-16) SMF - Search my Files (2023-Jun-03) - THE file info and duplicates search tool SSD - Set Sound Device (2017-Sep-16)

KaFu
I don't know. Did you point the dialogue "File Naming" to the right output dir? Otherwise... now it's more a question for a PS help forum ... weaponx
This job is probably better suited for ImageMagick. Here is a list of supported image formats:http://www.imagemagick.org/script/formats.phpIf you search the forum here you will see a bunch of usage examples.
