How to Insert text to current cursor position using _GUICtrlEdit_InsertText?

_GUICtrlEdit_InsertText($hEdit, "*** Execellent UDFs ***" & @CRLF & @CRLF, 0)

if $iIndex = 0 then it inserts text at the beginning of Edit control and if it is -1 or missing then it inserts text at the end Edit control, But how i can makake it insert text at current cursor's location?
