Champak Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 I need to set some text, but I'm having difficulty setting it. I have tried: $oForm = _IEFormGetObjByName ($oIE, "composeForm") _IEPropertySet($Mail_Body, "innertext", "Something New 1") ;and _IEPropertySet($Mail_Body, "outertext", "Something New 1") It is a form and what would generally be an input box, but instead it is some type of "body element". Here is the BASIC layout within firebug in firefox. <form name='composeForm'> {a bunch of hidden inputs} <table(no name)> <tbody> <tr> <td> <script> <table> <tbody> <tr> <tr> <tr> <tr> <td> <script> <style> <script> <div class='rteDiv'> <table id='button1'> <table id='buton2'> <iframe id='body'> <html id='body'> <head> <style> {some css styling for the input area of what I'm trying to edit} </style> </head> <body> ********************This is the info I want to set************************ <div> </div> </body> </html> </iframe> ========closing everything else Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Serial port communications UDF Includes functions for binary transmission and reception.printing UDF Useful for graphs, forms, labels, reports etc.Add User Call Tips to SciTE for functions in UDFs not included with AutoIt and for your own scripts.Functions with parameters in OnEvent mode and for Hot Keys One function replaces GuiSetOnEvent, GuiCtrlSetOnEvent and HotKeySet.UDF IsConnected2 for notification of status of connected state of many urls or IPs, without slowing the script. Champak Posted December 20, 2008 Author Share Posted December 20, 2008 No, but I just figured it out though, I had to use the framecollection: $oFrame = _IEFrameGetCollection($oIE, 4) _IEDocWriteHTML($oFrame, "The information here") Thanks though.
