necmine Posted January 5, 2009 Author Share Posted January 5, 2009 I noticed that the question is not clear enough. I use some arabic programs. These programs have own menus in arabic language. To run these programs properly, you must change some settings in Region and Language Settings (available from Control Panel). Look at the attached picture. PROBLEM IS: You must restart PC after changing language. I want to use these new settings without restarting computer. I meant this problem. NOTE: My windows is Turkish and I translate terms to English to write in forum. I dont know actually what is the equivalent of a term. I only translate them...
