probably because the maximum length of a single code line is 4095 characters and the line just truncates in the middle of an item somewhere.

Maybe try putting you text into a file then reading it line by line into an array.

Looks like you have a work around already.

I just wanted to point out that the 4095 character limit only applies to lines of a script, not to the string variables. So you can assemble then like this:
