how to delete on file working

Ex. file 1.exe working when me delete popup show msg

"Connot delete 1.exe: Access is denied

Make sore the disk is not fullor write-protected

and that the file is not currently in use"

but can use Unlocker for Close process and delete file 1.exe

want to give a script works can close process and delete file. by me don't use Unlocker and delete by me
