Read individual pixels & command line

Recommended Posts

Is there any way I can read individual pixel colors in a .bmp file?

Side question:

How do I make my program do different functions if launched with command line parameters?

Look at the _GDIPlus_* functions in the help file. Also search the forum, this has been posted before, with code.

Look at $CmdLine under "Command Line Parameters" in the help file.
