ahh its actually the font change thats making the icons go away...

GUICtrlSetDefColor($font_color)

bc its changing the color for all controls.

is it possible to change it to just all labels and not buttons?

@gcue,

Use GUICtrlSetColor for those controls where you want to change the font colour.

As the control IDs are just numbers, you could even use a For...Next loop if there are a lot and you want to use the same colour:

$Label_1 = GuiCtrlCreateLabel(......
..
..
$Label_n = GuiCtrlCreateLabel(......

For $i = $Label_1 To $Label_n
    GuiCtrlSetColor($i, Required_Colour)
Next

Hope this helps,
