Remote RegRead not working for Vista.

Guys, I have a win2k3 m/c from which i am running a script to rmotely read reg info of a vista pc. But it doesn't work and keeps giving me a blank ("") return value. Any1 tried this before?

please help me. thanks.

N ya, i know its no syntax error as it works fine when i am trying to remotely read info of another win2k3 or vista pro m/c.

are you using tcp functions ?

if yes then the problem is in the server script :)

No I am using the RegRead() function in autoit to do it.

well it's obviously a problem of compatibility between the script and Vista OS

try making a tcp client/Server... it will solve all problems

can u provide some code. I am not exactly understanding what u wish to do. Coz if what u r saying works, then it will solve lots of problems.
