traxxer
Hi everybody I wonder if anyone needs/uses a local installed Source Version Management tool (or CSV if you like), with basic functions like Check In / Out, history, backup- and compare functions. I'm used to Microsoft's Visual Source Safe, but just to maintain some smaller Scripting projects manually it's way overkill. OpenSource or freeware would be great, because it's really for home/training use. I found some cool tools on the web, but they are specific for Web developement use and integrate only files like .php, .htm, .asp and so on. I think this could be interesting for anyone, so I post mthis request in this forum. So, what do you use? Are there any cool tools? Kind Regards, Traxx
