there doesn't seem to be a register button or something :S

I don't think that has been used for years... Why do you want to use it anyway? We already have TrashBin and Downloads (that second button at the top row up there /|\) for bigger scripts

Edit: And when I say that it haven't been used for years I really mean, it isn't active/working so you can stop trying... How did you get the link to there anyway, it isn't shown anywhere and you just registered so you can't remember it from previous times?

Hey,

this is a new account, and i remember having a fileman on my old account but it doesn't work anymore.

and i just wanted a place to share current projects and stuff i guess.

As i said, fileman was closed for a long time ago (probably before I joined) so use the downloads area or TrashBin. That's how the rest of us do (except those that choose external hosting like own website, sourceforge etc)

Edit: And in case you have somehow missed it, all users have 1MB of attachment space so if it only is au3's you can fit alot in there. The attachment is added under the writing-area when you write a new reply or topic.
