Change Dato format

Recommended Posts

When i run this examble i get this format "YYYY/MM/DD"

How can i change it so the output gets like this "DD-MM-YYYY" ?

#include <GUIConstants.au3>

#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
$Form1 = GUICreate("Form1", 366, 235, 193, 115)
$MonthCal1 = GUICtrlCreateDate("", 10, 10, 185, 20)
$Button1 = GUICtrlCreateButton("Button1", 136, 192, 89, 33, 0)
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $Button1
            _ok()

EndSwitch

WEnd
func _ok()

$1 = GUICtrlRead($MonthCal1)

    MsgBox(0, "", $1)
EndFunc

Been playing with this but cant get it to work.

; to select a specific default format

    $DTM_SETFORMAT_ = 0x1032   ; <---- Where does this number come from??
    $style = "DD-MM-YYYY"
    GUICtrlSendMsg($MonthCal1, $DTM_SETFORMAT_, 0, $style)

Thank You.

judgedk,

This works fine for me:

#include <GUIConstants.au3>
#include <Date.au3>
#include <DateTimeConstants.au3>

$Form1 = GUICreate("Form1", 366, 235, 193, 115)
$date = GUICtrlCreateDate("", 10, 10, 185, 20)
$Button1 = GUICtrlCreateButton("Button1", 136, 192, 89, 33, 0)
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $Button1
            _ok()
    EndSwitch
WEnd

Func _ok()

    Local $style = "dd-MM-yyyy"
    GUICtrlSendMsg($date, 0x1032, 0, $style)
    MsgBox(0, "Time", GUICtrlRead($date))

EndFunc  ;==>_ok

$DTM_SETFORMAT comes from DateTimeConstants.au3, lines 110 to 122.
