key stroke and mouse click at the same time

i need to send "CONTROL + left mouse click"

any ideas?

I don't think this is possible. As far as I know you can only send a button then a mouseclick.

if probably very flawed depending on what you want to do with it.

send("{lctrl down}")

Hi all,

I believe the correct syntax to do this would be:

Send("{CTRLDOWN}")
MouseClick("left",50,50,1,0)
Send("{CTRLUP}")

This way the Ctrl key remains pressed while the mouse click is sent.

Beware, the Ctrl can stay stuck down, so I would send a number of CTRLUP messages to be on the safe side.
