writing variable to specific memory address

Is there any way to write a variable to a specific memory address so that it would write to the same address every time you run the exe? Right now, whenever i restart my script, I need to use the cheat engine to find where my variables are being stored, which isnt very practical for a finished program. Thanks for your help in advance.
