Change Window Size $Pos = WinGetPos("TITLE") WinMove ("title", "", $Pos[0], $Pos[1] , width , height) Change Font Color From within command line, execute "color 02" Use "Color/?" for other variation [EDIT] Oops.. Make all the changes to cmd by right clicking on the shortcut, and selecting properties... Those changes will be saved in the lnk... You can pack with with AutoIt and use it that way... Or you could use ResHacker to modify cmd.exe in the way you want, and then unpack it to the host machine...
