rogue5099,

If you search for "recursive+file+search" you find a lot of functions to search sub-folders.

Or you could use the one I wrote:

#include-once

; Name...........: _RecFileListToArray
; Description ...: Lists files and\or folders in a specified path (Similar to using Dir with the /B Switch)
; Syntax.........: _RecFileListToArray($sPath[, $sFilter = "*"[, $iFlag = 0[, $iRecur = 0[, $iFullPath = 0]]]])
; Parameters ....: $sPath   - Path to generate filelist for.
;                 $sFilter - Optional the filter to use, default is *. Search the Autoit3 helpfile for the word "WildCards" For details.
;                 $iFlag   - Optional: specifies whether to return files folders or both
;                 |$iFlag=0 (Default) Return both files and folders
;                 |$iFlag=1 Return files only
;                 |$iFlag=2 Return Folders only

rogue5099,

You need to set the third parameter of your _RecFileListToArray calls to 1 (rather than 0). That is the reporting flag (a legacy from _FileListToArray) and works as follows:

0 (Default) Return both files and folders
1 Return files only
2 Return Folders only

At the moment you are returning both folders and files - I presume you only want the files, so the need for the parameter change.

Once that is changed it is working fine for me. Glad I was able to help.
