I don't think you can... but maybe I am misunderstanding your intention can you describe it more clearly?

Helpful tips:If you want better answers to your questions, take the time to reproduce your issue in a small "stand alone" example script whenever possible. Also, make sure you tell us 1) what you tried, 2) what you expected to happen, and 3) what happened instead.Useful links:BrettF's update to LxP's "How to AutoIt" pdfValuater's Autoit 1-2-3 Download page for the latest versions of Autoit and SciTE
<glyph> For example - if you came in here asking "how do I use a jackhammer" we might ask "why do you need to use a jackhammer"<glyph> If the answer to the latter question is "to knock my grandmother's head off to let out the evil spirits that gave her cancer", then maybe the problem is actually unrelated to jackhammers
Opt('GuiOnEventMode', 1)

Dim $oEmbedded = ObjCreate('MediaPlayer.MediaPlayer.1')
_ShowElements($oEmbedded)
Dim $hGUI = GUICreate('Test', 500, 400)
Dim $Embedded = GUICtrlCreateObj($oEmbedded, 0, 0, 500, 330)
Dim $Button = GUICtrlCreateButton('Close', 215, 360, 70, 25)
GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_EXIT')
GUISetOnEvent(-3, '_EXIT')

GUISetState()

While 1
    Sleep(50)
WEnd

Func _EXIT()
    GUIDelete()
    Exit
EndFunc

Func _ShowElements($oObj)
    With $oObj
        .ShowAudioControls = True
        .ShowCaptioning = True
        .ShowControls = True
        .ShowDisplay = True
        .ShowGotoBar = True
        .ShowPositionControls = True
        .ShowStatusBar = True
        .ShowTracker = True
    EndWith
EndFunc

Then you can make a menu bar. You need Object Browser to see what functions, properties, etc.. the object exposes.

For example I want to embed the GUI of Authenticity's sample in the notepade window 'Untitled - Notepad'

Is this possible because I can't make it work.

Look up "AnyGUI", then look at the source code for the functions, you'll see how to embed in other GUIs.

Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

Sorry for bothering

Could you make a sample, please?

There are tons of examples in that file. You don't need more than that.
