geekinthehood
This seems absurdly simple, but I've searched the help file and forum and came up dry. Basically, I was expecting to find something equivalent to FileCreateShortcut, except for web links, not file links. I know I can probably create the shortcut on my computer, then FileInstall the .lnk file, but I was looking for something a little more programmatic. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks. geekinthehood
try: FileCreateShortcut ( "http://www.google.com", @DesktopDir&"\google homepage.lnk") Thanks - that works great! I forgot that you don't have to specify an executable with Windows.
