Help me with variable file.

Recommended Posts

There's no such thing as a notepad file. There are text files.

In that case, you can just

$file = FileOpen("variables.txt", 2)
FileWriteLine($file, $var1)
FileWriteLine($file, $var2)
; etc
FileClose($file)oÝ÷ ٩ݶ§¶ÞiØjëh×6$file = FileOpen("variables.txt", 0)
$var1 = FileReadLine($file)
$var2 = FileReadLine($file)
; etc
FileClose($file)

gui529,

Or you could use an ini file to hold the variables:

$sIni_File = @ScriptDir & "\Test.ini"

$first_variable1 = "One"
$first_variable2 = "Two"

IniWrite($sIni_File, "Vars", "var1", $first_variable1)
IniWrite($sIni_File, "Vars", "var2", $first_variable2)

$second_variable1 = IniRead($sIni_File, "Vars", "var1", "Error")
$second_variable2 = IniRead($sIni_File, "Vars", "var2", "Error")

ConsoleWrite($second_variable1 & @CRLF)
ConsoleWrite($second_variable2 & @CRLF)

Exit

gui529,

Very similar process. Read the control and then save the result:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$sIni_File = @ScriptDir & "\Test.ini"

GUICreate("Test", 200, 200)

$hCheck = GUICtrlCreateCheckbox("Check 1", 10, 10, 50, 20)

$hButton1 = GUICtrlCreateButton("Save", 10,  50, 80, 30)
$hButton2 = GUICtrlCreateButton("Read", 10, 100, 80, 30)

GUISetState()

While 1

    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $hButton1
            $iResult = GUICtrlRead($hCheck)
            IniWrite($sIni_File, "Checks", "check1", $iResult)
        Case $hButton2
            If FileExists($sIni_File) Then
                Switch IniRead($sIni_File, "Checks", "check1", "Ooops")
                    Case $GUI_CHECKED
                        MsgBox(0, "Reading ini", "Check 1 Checked")
                    Case $GUI_UNCHECKED
                        MsgBox(0, "Reading ini", "Check 1 Unchecked")
                    Case Else
                        MsgBox(0, "Reading ini", "Error")
                EndSwitch
            EndIf
    EndSwitch

WEnd
