Help with apostrophe in variable

What do I need to wrap around my variable Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware --> Global Const $ProgramName = 'Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware' so that it sees that entire name Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

This program installs a desktop shortcut and my script is set to remove it towards the end of the install but I can't remember anymore what to wrap around the text so it ignores the apostrophe in the middle.
