Reading IE Text

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone. I'm making a talking translator for my dad.

So far, everything works fine but I am having one issue. Here is the problem:

If you navigate to:

http://translate.google.com/translate_t?hl...ame%20is%20matt

That translates 'my name is matt' from English to French. I've got all that automated.

The only problem, is reading the output. I've tried to use StringStripWS to remove all spaces then search between two values, which works, but only for translations with no spaces.

Is there any way to read just the output text?

I did an inspection of the output and it shows this:

<div id="result_box" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">bonjour</div>

Is their any way I can read that in AutoIt?

Thank you for your time.

There are those that believe that the perfect heist lies in the preparation.
Some say that it’s all in the timing, seizing the right opportunity. Others even say it’s the ability to leave no trace behind, be a ghost.
