Get the running information itself

Greeting,

have a question for get the information for running program itself.

for example:

I did compile an application call ABC.EXE. in order to prevent be infected by virus, program itself did check the CRC, but how to prevent someone change the file name to DEF.EXE. but program know it is ABC.exe still.

in the older time (DOS) the current application will create a PSP environment, and in 80H can find the current application name.

how to use the script get the same information?

Thanks, kind of, what I am looking for is. if the compiled file call abc.exe and it is running from c:\program file\abc\abc.exe then the code show that information: c:\program file\abc\abc.exe. if it is running from f:\abc.exe then the code shows f:\abc.exe.

As explained in the Help file, the @AutoItExe macro gives you "The full path and filename of the AutoIt executable currently running. For compiled scripts it is the path of the compiled script.".

FreeFry's code just wrote the full path and the filename in the SciTE console.

If you want to check that the name of your compiled file has not been changed, you need to add some code like this:

If @AutotItExe <> "C:\FilePath\Filename" Then   ; you obviously put the correct string in here!
    MsgBox(0, "Oops", "Not the file I thought I was!" & @CRLF & "Exiting")
    Exit
EndIf
