How to change Program Description Tooltip in Notification Tray

I have written a very simple program and compiled it - it runs great. However, it is designed to be running all the time, sitting in people's notification area (down by the clock). So, I have set it up with a nice icon. However, when you mouse-over the icon, it displays a 'tooltip' with the name of the exe file - for example BackupScript.exe. (see attached image if this is not clear)

I have looked in the compiler options and can't see anywhere that allows me to replace that with some other text. Is there a way to do this?
