altough the script off SmOke_N worked faster, i've used the coding off Xenobiologist (top one) as this worked recurs.

Timings for 8700 files with 35 files the last 30 days:

FileFindFirstFile: 3 min

_GetFilesFolder_Rekursiv: 1 min
