jerem488,

Use the @SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE parameter for GUISetState:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <WindowsConstants.au3>
#include <EditConstants.au3>

$hGUI = GUICreate("", 210, 52, @DesktopWidth-(210+10), @DesktopHeight-(54+52+10), $WS_POPUP, $WS_EX_TOPMOST);, $Taskbar)
$Input = GUICtrlCreateInput("", 20, 20, 180, 22, BitOR($ES_LEFT, $ES_AUTOHSCROLL, $ES_CENTER))
GUICtrlSetState($Input,$GUI_NOFOCUS)

GUISetState(@SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE, $hGUI)

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd

P.S. Please add the relevant include files when you post - it is very annoying to have to add them. ;-)
