Hi,

I've searched the forum couldn't find a topic about this.

In the code below I place a button on top of a graphic, the button doesn't work but shows

How come?

tnx. Lars

#include <GUIConstants.au3>

$Form1 = GUICreate("LOL Form", 250, 150, -1, -1)
$menu = GUICtrlCreateGraphic(25, 25, 200, 100)
GUICtrlSetBkColor(-1, 0xBBBBBB)
$ButTest = GUICtrlCreateButton("Test", 75, 67, 100, 25, 0)

GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)

While 1 ; The main loop
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()

    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit

        Case $ButTest
            MsgBox(0, "", "It works")
    EndSwitch
WEnd

Lars,

From the Help file: "If overlap is needed it is important to disable the graphic control : GuiCtrlSetState(-1,$GUI_DISABLE).

Just add that line to your script and the button will work.

picea892,

Just disabling the graphic will get the button to work - and I did test it! ;-)
