help needed regarding listview

i want that when the delete button is pressed the selected item should be deleted from the list view and from the ini file. how can i do this

i had tried it. i had used _guictrllistview_deleteselected but when i run the program and select an item an click on the delete button the selected item state changes ie it get unselected..

and so i am not able to use _guictrllistview_getselected....

sorry i have deleted that part of script. could you give me an example of _GUICtrlListView_DeleteItemsSelected. in example given in autoit help file the item is selected with _GUICtrlListView_SetItemSelected. could u please give me an example where user selects the item to be deleted and thanks for your reply. you can take your time to do it.

Please try the _GUICtrlListView_DeleteItemsSelected example again. The script selects an item, displays the msgbox "Delete item selected". Now you can select one or more items from the ListView. When you press OK in the msgbox the items selected by you will be removed.
