shawnmstout Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 i have tried everything to get this to work, for some reason its not searching in between, im using the ComputerInfo and trying to strip out whats needed for the service and dependancies here is what one of the lines look like //SERVER/root/cimv2:Win32_Service.Name="Browser" im trying to strip it down to Browser since it didnt really have an end on it other than " i added a string to it here is an example $toBeEditedAdd = $DependantService[$i][0] & "BLAH" $toBeEdited = _StringBetween($tobeEditedAdd, 'Name="', '"BLAH') MsgBox(0,"",$toBeEdited) please help me with this, i am at my wits end, i have tried everything and the only thing i have got back was a 0 or nothing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
