Problem Handle IBM Lotus iNotes web Mail notification

Hi, i have the next IBM Lotus iNotes web mail client

......and i have the next pop-up window notification when i recive new mail:

I want to make a script , that advice me when new mail is recived, because the notification only shows in the own web page, and if youre doing another things, you cannot see the notification.

It should be an infinite bucle checking for new mail every 5 minutes, to generate the notification, the pop-up window is a java script, and i do not know how to check it.

My problem is this: How can i make with autoit an script that checks if the pop-up window " You have new mail!!" is active?
