vitimgm01,

Have you tried searching at all? There are several USB eject/remove/unmount scripts on the forums.

Personally I like the one written by wraithdu (a good tip for the one of search terms to use >_< )

Use the search feature and look for "Eject USB". There are several hits. I particularly like this one.

You can do the following.

$Ret = DllCall('SRD.dll', 'str', 'SafeRemoveDrive', 'str', 'G')
If Int($Ret[0]) = 0 Then
    MsgBox(0, '', 'Error')
Else
    MsgBox(0, '', 'Successful')
EndIf

SRD.dll

What is that dll from? Why not use winapi calls? I am not meaning to argue; I'm actually hoping to be educated.

I presume the DLL is by Yashied himself, but this is a lot simpler to call then doing it via AutoIt code, though there is an Example by wraithdu (using API calls) in the Examples Section >>

I have a project here and this dll would fit like a glove, would any of the friends have this dll to share?
