This wouldn't be of any use for anyone to "spy" on another persons computer unless they got the position of all of the windows and always knew the active window, and the person would have to have all of the programs of the person they where spying on to know what exactly they were doing. It could be used maliciously, but I think it unlikely. I do kind of wander what this will be used for though. The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend.
