If _FTP_ProgressDownload is called using without specifying the $FunctionToCall and it fails to download the file for some reason (returns a '0'), the progress window is still shown frozen on the screen and you need to issue a ProgressOff() after checking for the return value for the frozen progress window to be cleared.
