I tried this on many browsers on both my Windows and Mac machines.  Here are the results:

Firefox (Windows 3.6.10, Mac 3.6.13): Doesn't load (shows a blank white page)
Safari (Windows 5.0.3, Mac 5.0.3): Doesn't load (shows ""Safari can't open the page."" message)
Internet Explorer (Windows 8.0.6001.18702)
