Section Contains more than 500 Records/entries ( key & value )

Unicode (little Endian) Ini File Size is greater than 300 KB &
contains more than 99,999 characters.

The Records/entries contains Unicode characters.

Array Returned By IniReadSection() contains only first few Records/entries
& the remaining are never considered.
