When you resize the GUI by dragging the bottom-right corner the rich text control works fine. 

However, if you maximize the GUI with the caption ""maximize"" button, the vertical scrollbar is still shown as a ""ghost"" in its original position (relative to the control) in the middle of the rich text control.

Especially happens if you resize the GUI smaller by dragging bottom-right, then click ""maximize"".
