Environment: Windows PE (6.3.9600), comes with Windows 8.1 ADK

The issue I have is: the FileOpenDialog can open up the file browser and return the file name I selected. But, it seems the file filter does not work at all, 
FileOpenDialog(""Pick your txt file"",""C:\TMP"",""Text Files (*.txt)"",1+2 )
