It seems that the constants

$SHCNE_RENAMEFOLDER = 0x00020000 and
$SHCNE_UPDATEITEM = 0x00002000

are reversed.

here my try:

Event: 0x00020000 Path: D:\telemedicina\New folderxx
Event: 0x00002000 Path: D:\telemedicina
Event: 0x00002000 Path: D:\telemedicina\New Text Document.txt

The first when I changed the name of folder, the second I think signals this like update of folder, the third is after change the Document.txt
