Can't we create empty 3D arrays

I have a question which is are there any possibilities to create an empty array for example 3D array like

Local $excelOutput[][][]={{{}}}

OR

Local $excelOutput[][][]=[]

Or are there any data structure we can use such as list of list or array of dictionary for the above purpose.

[] are reserved for Map not for array

I don"t know what you will do after such allocation but for

Local $excelOutput[0][0][0]
Local $iDim = UBound($excelOutput, 0)
ConsoleWrite('$iDim = ' & $iDim & @CRLF)

is working OK
